This trailer is extremely clean. It is 6 years old and looks the same as in the pictures I took when I bought it new. Information that may be helpful: GVWR 8800 Lbs. – New tires June 2016 with less than 1500 miles on them – 6 gal propane/electric water heater, model SW6DE – Suburban gas furnace 3000 Btus – Airxcel series 4800 Roof Top Air Conditioner 13500Btus – Atwood Mod 35 Oven & Slide in cooktop – Hood over cooktop vented outside – High Pointe Microwave Mod EM925RSL-B – Dometic Mod DM 2652LBX Electric/Propane refrigerator Freezer – 24” RCA Flat Screen LED LCD TV mod LED24A45RO – Linear RV 5060 AM/FM Multi Media Receiver – Winegard Seasar Antenna W/amplifier - Electric awning - Sleeps 4, Queen size bed in bedroom area and the couch folds out with a queen size air bed. Fresh water tank ~40 Gal, Two gray tanks, one for Gally and one for Bathroom ~30 gal. Balck water tank ~32 gal.(Not posaitive on the size of the tanks, couldn't find exact info) Trailer is priced significantly below NADA guides because I want to sell it! I moved up to a class-A.

2013 Keystone Sprinter Bunkhouse for sale $21,000 (negotiable). 2 slides (1 in bunkroom, and super slide in living area). Bunkhouse sleeps 4, U-shaped dinette folds out to sleep 1-2, couch folds out a double bed, Queen bed in front. Outside kitchen with 2 burners, small refrigerator, and gas grill attaches to bumper. Outside shower faucet, and door leading directly to bathroom. TV hook-ups in living area, bunkroom, and outside kitchen. Never used stove or oven inside. Battery operated tongue jack makes hook-up super easy. We bought a permanent place on the river, so we no longer need the camper. Only used within 30 miles from home about 12 times.

Gently Used 2013 Keystone Sprinter 311BHS - Travel Trailer Bunkhouse This travel trailer was only used twice and is in great condition. We did have roll up covers installed over the slides to keep objects from getting in the way when the slides are closed. Based on the NADA Guides, this travel trailer averages around $23,000. 2013 Keystone Sprinter 323BHS. This is a 2013 Keystone Sprinter that we purchased NEW in April 2015, it has one year of use and is in immaculate shape. It has an amazing amount of room and storage. It pulls like a much smaller trailer, especially when coupled with a good weight distribution hitch (which I can include for an agreed price). This is a perfect, inexpensive camper for a family or for leaving at the lake and using as a weekend getaway. It would also be perfect for a deer camp.
