This is a one owner unit that has been well cared for. I did not see any signs of wear and tear inside or outside. I found one decal that had ben scratched by a tree limb or something, but hardly noticeable. There is a piece of strip molding about 3 inches long that needs to be slipped back in. The tire date code was not visible, but the seller said he bought them soon after he purchased the unit. Stock #269827 2013 Montana 3455SA by Keystone! Sleeps up to 4 w/ 4 Slides! Electric Fireplace, Central Vac, Dual A/C Units, & Much More! This is a well cared for 2013 Montana fifth wheel. It is a one owner, and has been stored under cover when not in use. The decals are still very colorful. One of the first things you notice about this unit is the amount of storage space. There are cabinets everywhere! The living area is in the rear of the unit. The sleeper sofa with a blow up mattress is at the very back. There are two recliners on the left looking at the sofa, and they are facing the television and the fireplace. The television is on a lift and goes into the cabinet when traveling. Above it there is a DVD player and a sound bar. Going forward you have a dining table and four chairs on your right, and the kitchen island is on the left. 2014 27RBS. This is a great camper in great shape. It has the Cold Mountain package. For the last year and a half, the camper has been lived in full time. We took the bench seating from the kitchen table. The kitchen table is able to be put up when needed and chairs are used. We also reduced the double sleeper couch to a single sleeper and added a black leather rocker/ottoman (this can be removed if it is not wanted). The bed was not used and is like new. An electric cooktop was used, so the gas stove and oven are like new.
