This 2017 Gateway by Heartland 3650BH has been well taken care of. The owner has waxed the RV yearly to protect it from the sun. The leather furniture has a few peeling issues, and the present owner has put a cover over the areas with issues. The tires were all replaced in 2021. This RV was built with quality in mind, with both the undercarriage and the living space made well. The present owner improved upon it, adding stabilizer crossbeams, upgraded leaf springs, wet bolts, and reinforced steel welded to all suspension components. It includes top-of-the-line tires that are only two years old. The present owner purchased this fifth wheel and made several upgrades, including a rear stabilizer jack that reduces the RV's movement when the kids are running around. In 2022, he upgraded to a Reese Goose Box, making connecting to your pick-up much easier. The factory pin box is available and comes with the unit. The living area has plenty of seating, including jackknife lounge chairs and a dinette that opens to a full bed. The back bedroom has a bunk bed, a sofa that opens to a full bed, and a drop-down bed that can sleep up to four children.
