This fifth wheel is in better-than-expected condition for its age. The only wear and tear noted were on two recliners. The owners have a cat, but there was no evidence of a cat. It has been stored under a covered roof and has tire covers. There is a new awning and new jack leveling controls. There is no evidence of water infiltration or delamination. Stock #327280 This RV was SOLD on April 1. This 2016 Bighorn 3970RD manufactured by Heartland is a fifth wheel with five slides and has everything you need to live in or travel and camp in style. When you first enter the living, kitchen, and dining areas, you will notice this RV's spaciousness. The kitchen has an island with a double stainless kitchen sink and a high-arc faucet. There are cabinets and drawers on the island and pendant lighting above. The spacious pantry is full-size. The full-size refrigerator/freezer has an icemaker and a water and ice dispenser on the door. There is a three-burner stove with a cooktop cover and an oven. There is also a convection microwave. To the side of the kitchen is an extra counter with cabinet storage above and more cabinets and drawer storage below the counter. The dining area has a table with two chairs. There are an additional two chairs wrapped and stored under the king bed. The living area has an entertainment center with a mount for a TV that recedes into the cabinet when the TV is not in use. (There is not a TV in the living area) The entertainment center also has a fireplace. There are two sofas and a double recliner. Along with a beamed ceiling, there is a ceiling fan. 41' bunk house Gateway model with 1.5 baths, 2 bunks with floor space for a 3rd bunk. King size bed (with underbed storage) in master with large closet and dresser. Full size bathroom with residential bathtub/shower combo. Kitchen has double sink island with residential refrigerator and lots of cabinets. Comes with leather 2 seat reclining sofa and u shaped dinette. Also has outdoor kitchen with mini fridge and sink. It was bought new from dealer and has traveled over 1000 miles. It has been used extensively in the last year. We replaced the bunk mattresses with IKEA mattresses (which are included). It will not come with a king size mattress for the master. We are settling down and want to sell it. It would be great for family with kids or as a "2 master bedroom" camper. We've been hauling it comfortably with a 2007 Chevy 3500 Dually which is also for sale. Please call ahead for viewing. We are located near Newnan, GA.
