A very clean RV with a great floorplan and lots of storage. The two slides in the LR are opposite with door side slide 12 feet long and the other slide 15 feet long. The entire kitchen and entertainment center in the one slide and sofa bed and free standing table in the other slide. In the kitchen there is a bar along with two nice pantry's, one with slide outs. Also a fantastic fan with rain sensor and on a thermostat. Up the stairs is a bathroom with separate commode and big shower that is also separated from the MBR. There is a slide in the BR with a new king size Camper-pedic mattress and 2nd AC. The fifth wheel has a front and rear fiberglass caps, pulls great, a power awning, front and rear power jacks and a tare weight of 12,500 pounds. For sale is a 2009 Heartland Bighorn 3580RL, 38' 5th wheel RV. The RV has a rebuilt title which is how I bought it. We have used it as our primary residence the last 1.5 years and there are very minimal issues and no major issues. Asking $21,900, if interested please make a reasonable offer. If you need a truck to pull it, I will also be selling my 2009 Dodge Ram 2500 with 5th wheel hitch. We are in the army and have just gotten notified that we will be moving to Korea for our next duty station. This is the only reason we are selling the RV. It has been a great home for us and would make a great RV/home for you!!Recently had a brand new rubber roof installed, due to the old one developing a rip as we drove here to Alabama. The new roof was put on the first week of July 2016! The RV has 3 slide outs that all work well, sometime the kitchen slide out needs a little extra lubrication on the gears. Has 2 A/C that keep the trailer extremely cold even on the hottest days! Heater works great as well. Also has a propane fireplace that works. All appliances work with no issues.
