2013 Keystone Montana 3750FL with five slide-outs! Fully renovated!
This is a 2013 Montana 3750FL Manufactured by Keystone, located in 7 Points, Texas.
As you walk into this remodeled fifth wheel, you can tell that some residential features have been added.
When you enter the RV, you are in the kitchen area, and the benches for the dining table have been reupholstered. You also notice the countertop is made of Granite. Featuring a four-door refrigerator.
As you enter the bathroom, there is a door on the left that is plumbed for a washer and dryer but has a dishwasher. Step in instead. It also has a nice-sized shower in the corner.
There is an exterior door, so you can gain access from the exterior.
The bedroom has a large closet with many drawers and plenty of storage. The bed is left up for additional storage. The bed platform is set up for a queen-size mattress.
In the living area, opposing slides make this a large area. It has a fireplace with a mirror that retraces to get to the TV behind it.
The RV's exterior has an internment center with a TV and stereo system. It also has two vast storage areas. This RV. It has a 6-point self-leveling system that makes it very convenient to set up.

Very nice reliable unit. Well laid out. Polar Package. Living area has sofa and dinette, (super slide) separate bedroom. The queen mattress is upgraded to an 8" foam mattress. There is a Microwave, 3 burner stove/oven, 2 door fridge/freezer, double sink and a good amount of storage area. In 2014 I had new Traffic Master Allure Vinyl Tile flooring installed in the living area and new carpet in bedroom. I installed a new hot water heater. Separate garage area has a double and single fold down beds. Recently added diamond plate to lower 12" of garage walls. The bathroom has the tub/shower combo, sink, toilet in one room. Unit is wired for 3 TV's (Living area, bedroom, garage) only the Living area stock TV is provided in sale. The DVD/Radio/Surround system is the stock unit. The flooring insulation has been upgraded. All weather custom skirting made for this unit at a cost of $1400 is included in the selling price.Re-tractible awning is in good condition. All exterior is fiberglass.
