The coach is in good condition; the exterior decals are uniform and shiny, with no significant scratches or damage. The lower rear cap has a crack repair. The roof appears to be in good condition. The forward stabilizer motor was replaced in the Summer of 2021, and the front stabilizers in the Fall of 2022. In August 2023, the toilet flush valve was replaced. April 2020: New Washer & Dryer April 2020 New Batteries Spring 2022 New water heater gas regulator Spring 2022 New low-pressure water pump A gooseneck hitch has been installed, but the seller can easily switch back to a fifth wheel. This travel trailer is great for a family or anyone looking for the weekend get away to a longer term solution. New 27 inch flat screen, updated interior, master bedroom, bunks and convertible couch make for great comfort inside. All mechanical accessories are in fine working condition and is kept clean. The outside sink and stove make it nice when you just want to hang out and cook outside when enjoying your trip. The awning is in good condition amd the dry weight is 5675 pounds. My half ton tundra pulls it no problem and has pulled nicely through the Rockies and Sierra mountains. Electric brakes are installed for better contol and braking capabilities.  We are moving overseas for a military assignment and can't take it with us unfortunately. I have a flexible schedule and can show the trailer as needed.

This is a well-made 2008 38’ 7” 5th wheel. Model: Keystone, Make: Montana Big Sky 5th wheel. This model has 4 slides with a large separate living room with French doors. It is very showy and has a great living area. 2 recliners and a loveseat sleeper. This is a unique lay out and I fell in love with it the first time I saw it. It has a king size bed. Lots of clothes storage, 2 sets of dresser drawers. The large shower and sink is in the bedroom with the toilet in a room alone so no one ties up the bathroom. I forgot to take pictures of the bathroom but you can see where it is in the layout picture. One AC unit in the living room. This model has an arctic package and holds the heat and air better. No generator, 4 new tires and a spare. It has a closet with hook ups for a washer and dryer that we to use this for storage as a pantry. This 5th wheel is big enough to live in full time. The decals on the outside are toast. I have been told by several dealers, it is a common problem for Montana Big Sky’s. The inside is very nice.
