This one-owner fifth wheel is in excellent condition.  At just under 30’ long and with one 8’ slide, it offers plenty of elbow room, yet will fit anywhere from state and national parks to full-service RV resorts.  This floor plan allows full access to kitchen, bath and bed even when the slide is in.   Features include power awning, 2 swivel rockers, comfy air-bed in fold-out couch, table and 4 chairs, factory-installed air conditioner and furnace, 3-way fridge and freezer, roomy shower, separate toilet room, and ample storage . Standard mattress replaced with residential queen Serta pillow top.  The powered slide-out tray with bike rack at the rear allows extra storage for bikes as well as firewood or whatever else you’d like to take along.  Includes rear ladder, spare tire with cover, outside shower, and enclosed underbelly.  Some of the exterior decals are faded/cracked and there is a small dent on rear of slide. New Goodyear tires installed in 2015.  Roof caulking professionally resealed last fall.

**IMMACULATE**      **ONLY USED 10 TIMES**     STORED INSIDE SINCE BRAND NEW!!     **OUTDOOR KITCHEN**Sleeps 9 very comfortably with the rear bunkhouse.  Remote control airbed in the fold out couch has never been used!  2 of the 3 rear bunks never used, the stickers are still on the appliances.  This camper truly is in brand new condition!  Always stored indoors and meticulously maintained!  Power everything!  Stabilizer jack, leveling jacks, slideout, awning, all full power with the touch of a button.  Camper sets up in minutes!  Plenty of storage in the pass through storage area, as well as a huge storage area under the rear bunk!  What camper isn't complete without the outdoor kitchen!  This is equippped with cupboards, outdoor grill, refrigerator, and sink.  Keep the mess outdoors, the inside kitchen has only been used a couple of times. Enjoy the large "U" shaped dinette for indoor dining together.  Entertainment is a sinch with the am/fm/cd/ipod stereo, complete with outdoor speakers.  Included as well is the swivel flat screen tv.  The heating and air is a central air ducted system keeping it very warm on cold nights, and as cold as you like on hot summer days!  There is also tons of storage found inside with overhead cabinets, under the dinette storage, and under the master bed is all storage!  We hate to sell the camper but simply aren't able to go using it only 10 times.  This camper is perfect in everyway!!!!  Do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have, KBB avg retail is 17,450.  We are asking THOUSANDS below that at $13,750. Nice Laredo for sale.Glacier Pkg.Everything Works. Been in my pole barn for over a year. Pulled out this fall for one trip. Goose Neck adapter. Has Rear bumper slide out for bikes or coolers. Lots of storage. Couch makes a bed. Only issue is the brown/gold metal on the right side below water heater has some dents.
