Nice fifth wheel. Clean and well taken care of. The owner has ordered a new tail light. There is wallpaper damage in the bathroom where the previous owner taped insulation on the ceiling. The owner is not sure what year the tires are. The date code could not be read. According to the seller, they have not had any issues, leaks, or damages since they purchased it, except for the water heater, which was replaced in June of 2022. They did have a cat living in the camper with them (there is a cat door in the kitchen island), but it has been cleaned very well. No sign of any animals ever being in it.
