2004 Cherokee by Forest River 40 ft park model pull camper.  This 38B was custom built with higher than normal ceilings, has 2 bedrooms at each end, one with a queen walk around bed and one with a full bed and twin bed. Lots of closet and storage space.  It has a full size sliding glass door in the living room and a rear door in the master bedroom.  The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, gas stove, convection microwave oven and full size sink.  It has a very large bathroom with full size shower.  The sofa bed and dinette are in a 4 ft x 12 ft slide out.  It has new tires and 2 new gas tanks.  New Levelor blinds have been installed in the living and dining areas.  The RV has 50 AMP and 30 AMP hookups.  It has vented central air conditioning throughout the camper, plus an independent roof air conditioner in the master bedroom.  A 12,000 BTU furnace provides heat for the entire unit. I love my Georgetown but alas, my wife cannot get used riding in it. I would like to sell or trade for a Class C motorhome with at least two slides. I have owned this motorhome for 5 months. It is 34ft long with One slide and  has 31,334 miles. I have replaced all tires, they are brand new. The rear brake light assemblies have been replaced with LED lights. I have only driven it on one extended trip from Georgia to Dallas, Tx and back. I've added an additional LED TV by the kitchen area so riders can watch movies or TV will riding. Both the forward TV and the Kitchen TV are attached to the exterior antenna and both will receive the same channel or separate channels. I've put in a new stereo unit, DVD/Blue Ray Player and a 6 CD player. Everything is in excellenct condition and is very clean. I've relpaced the water pump and the electric stair motor. It has auto leveling hydrolics jacks, an Onan Gold Generator. It will sleep 8 as long as some of that eight are kids. As you can see from the short video clip the roof is very clean and has been gone over for good seals. Both AC units run perfectly keeping the interior comfortably cool in summer and the furnace keeps it comfortable warm in cooler months.
