Details: 2006 Georgetown 319 triple slide Motor Home. NADA book value is $60,000. This is in excellent condition and has many, many extras. Absolutely ready to use. No repairs, upgrades or changes needed for anything. No Exceptions. This home has been regularly hand washed, waxed and covered. I've hand waxed it all over with MeQuiar's paste wax every year and hand waxed the front two times every year. It has had regular 3000 mile or 6 month oil changes and lubes as well as 12,000 mile transmission fluid and brake fluid changes. Tires are rotated at 5000 miles. Generator oil and air filter gets changed every 50 hours. (The tires on the home are only about 7000 miles old.) The gas stove features three burners and a very useful over-the-stove-top light so you can cleary see what you're cooking. Very nice 2004 Forest River MB Cruiser built on the Mercedes Sprinter chassis with only 30k miles! This is one of the only class B sprinter RVs that you can buy that has the toilet separated from the shower. You can own a Class B RV that gets over 20mpg with the highly desirable Mercedes Benz 2.7 liter inline 5 cylinder Diesel engine!  The motor home is in great cosmetic and mechanical condition.  The engine has plenty of power and the 5 speed transmission shifts smoothly. Onan Microlite 2.5kw LPG Generator with starts right up and powers the accessories, this RV is totally self contained!
