This 4 slide has a very functional floor plan for those looking for that home away from home. All led lights, new tires, 2 roof top a/c units assure comfort all summer long. Inside is like new, but our unit is priced low due to a slight ding on the curb side that occurred my 1st day out. It is not so noticeable and never got around to fixing it. We are non smokers and no kids, just 2 American Eskimo dogs who love going camping.My wife loves all the storeage space, and the kitchen solid surface countertops. Very upscale cabinetry.We also had a Direct TV compatible auto roof top satellite system installed.We have over $55,000 invested but have just bought a home in Tucson, so we are now living in our winter getaway location. This is too nice of a unit to just sit there. Make our loss your gain.

This trailer was purchased new in Chelsea,MI and was not used the first year (Display Model). It has traveled approx. 10,000 miles since we bought it and is now in storage in Tucson, AZ. We have added a washer drier combo. ,Trailair air ride hitch,Michlin heavy duty truck tires, power cord voltage protector for input power, and Directv Antenna with a tripod. Also we added a new 10000btu air conditioner over the bedroom area to enable use of this trailer here one summer. The toilet has been replaced with a Dometic brand, and other minor repairs as became necessary. The unit is ready to camp in right now complete with grill and eating/kitchen utensils. The trailer was only used one summer here in Tuscon otherwise in covered storage.
