This 4 slide has a very functional floor plan for those looking for that home away from home. All led lights, new tires, 2 roof top a/c units assure comfort all summer long. Inside is like new, but our unit is priced low due to a slight ding on the curb side that occurred my 1st day out. It is not so noticeable and never got around to fixing it. We are non smokers and no kids, just 2 American Eskimo dogs who love going camping.My wife loves all the storeage space, and the kitchen solid surface countertops. Very upscale cabinetry.We also had a Direct TV compatible auto roof top satellite system installed.We have over $55,000 invested but have just bought a home in Tucson, so we are now living in our winter getaway location.
