According to the seller, all features and appliances work as they should.
The interior, upholstery, and flooring/carpet are all in good condition, especially for a 13-year-old fifth wheel.
The exterior graphics and paint are in very good condition; however, there is some oxidation, which, with a wax or ceramic coating, should shine again.
The roof is a little dirty but in good shape. There is no evidence of any leaks.
The two "passenger side" tires were replaced before the unit was relocated from Flagstaff to Prescott in early June. The two driver-side tires have date codes from 2014.
