The brand new 2016 Cougar 31SQB and this one is loaded with options! This is a 2nd generation High Country as well which has the brand new Walnut interior cabinets, the new wood look flooring, stainless steel appliances, the Taupe exterior sidewalls, they upgraded the refer to an 8 cu ft and it has the super nice Lauren Ashley furniture! It has a power awning, power stabilizer jacks, upgraded 15K A/C, cougar remote, correct track, and 50 AMP service with it wired and braced for 2nd A/C! This ultra lite travel trailer has (2) slides and weighs only 6,980lbs which is perfect for any 1/2 or larger truck or larger SUV! The new Cougar X-Lites also have a ton of very nice features such as the radius interior roof, the new painted front caps (which not to mention, are super sharp!), slam baggage storage compartment doors and much more! The 31SQB floor plan has a north to south Queen bed with underneath storage, it has (2) wardrobes on each side of the bed for extra clothes storage, and it has a 3/4 bedroom wall that I know Mom will like for privacy. The living area's very spacious on this RV because of the super slide on the off door side which has the King U-shaped dinette and the Tri-Fold sleeper sofa which also makes into a bed allowing this unit to sleep up to (10) people. Across from the slide is a full galley (kitchen) with a (3) burner cook top with an oven, a microwave oven with an exhaust hood, a large double sink with plenty of overhead and underneath storage and a double door gas/electric refer with matching Walnut fronts. The main appliances are also stainless steel which gives this Cougar a super high end look! It has a large side bathroom with a porcelain foot flush toilet, a sink with underneath storage, an adult size shower, a medicine cabinet, and a 2nd entry door which is nice! In the rear is a huge bunk room with the Cub Couch that faces the front of the RV and (2) bunk beds on the door side and it has a wardrobe slide for extra clothes storage. On the exterior under the bunk beds is a pull put camp kitchen with a mini refer. Dad will like this feature! It's a really nice, well thought out floor plan.
