The seller stated that it was only used a couple of times. Tires have very little mileage but are the original tires. The only issue is that the awning will need to be replaced. This trailer has been meticulously maintained and is exceptionally clean. I am the original owner and it has always been serviced at the dealership I bought it. The trailer has one main full slide in the living room and a smaller half wardrobe slide in rear bunk room. It has 15,000 BTU ducted a/c, power tongue jack, 19' power awning, two 30lbs propane tanks, and outside kitchen with BBQ that has never been used. It has front and rear holding tanks with a combined capacity of 60 gallons gray, and 30 gallons black. There is an exterior black tank flush and the underbelly is fully enclosed for cold weather.
