-Trailer is in excellent shape, with no issues. -Always kept under roof when not in use. -Bonded Aluminium wall construction, no wood junk. -Axles was upgraded from 4400# to 5200# with bigger brakes. -Aluminium wheels, tires are in good shape. -2 bedrooms plus dinette turns in to bed, sleeps easy 6-8 people. -Nice floor plan with one slide -Another bed can be installed if more sleeping area is needed. -First owner.-Indoor and outdoor speakers for entertainment system. -Ducted A/C -Total miles on the trailer is around 8-9K -Outdoor grill hook up -Nice awning -Non smoking -Garage is set up for two motorcycles or golfcart and one bike. -Ramp door for easy loading. We use this as a recreational use, not a full timer. Last year we used 5 times only.

Installed optional electric bed in garage is a large single or might be considered a small double bed. The optional electric bed in the garage (raises to the ceiling to travel and lowers down to sleep) provides an extra bedroom. There is a ladder included for this bed in case you want it to be high like a top bed bunk for storage underneath.
