Slide out section in living room. Great condition. Very clean. Less than 3,000 miles. Selling for $21,750 10 months left on extended warranty but everything is working fine. Dry Weight: 5958lbs Cargo weight should not exceed 1859lbs Length: 30' Garage: 9' Electric: 30amp Gas: Dual 20lb propane tanks Beds: 3 Stabilizers: 4, built in Mobile Fuel tank: 30 gallons Water: fresh, gray and black water tanks Beds: Front double bed has a 3/4 wall panel separating it from the "living room" Dining bench folds down to a bed. Installed optional electric bed in garage is a large single or might be considered a small double bed. The optional electric bed in the garage (raises to the ceiling to travel and lowers down to sleep) provides an extra bedroom. There is a ladder included for this bed in case you want it to be high like a top bed bunk for storage underneath.
