The overall condition of the RV is in average to normal use condition.
According to the owner, everything is working as it should, except the awning.
Both A/C units were cold when pictures were taken, but the slides were working fine.

This fifth wheel has two sleeping areas and two bathrooms, one forward and one in the rear. The rear area also has two loft/ bunk beds up top and a sleeper sofa.
The middle of the unit has a nice kitchen and dining area, and the living area is complete with a fireplace, TV, and stereo/surround system.
The sofa in the living has been removed and will need replacing. The other thing that will need to be fixed is the main awning.
The kitchen is a fully functioning kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, and a French door fridge. It has a nice Island cabinet with a sink and storage.
The unit comes with vinyl flooring throughout that is in good condition.
The tires were replaced with better grade tires after purchase, date code is 4022.
