This is a beautiful trailer. It is on a permanent sight at Lazy Days Campground in West Bend Wi. My wife passed away in Feb and I will not get the use out of it. It is in like new condition. Everything comes with it, grill, storage sheds, furniture, 40 in. flat screen TV, lawn mower, fire ring, hoses, hose reel, extension cords, Weed trimmer, etc. It has a custom ordered queen size verlo matress, so it is way more comfortable than a conventional camper mattress. It has lots of storage inside with an extra rolling island. The living area has 2 slide outs so the living/kitchen/ dining area is aprox. 14 ft.x20. It has a full size refrigerator, lazy boy sofa hide a bed and 2 lazy boy recliners. It has a stereo DVD player with surround sound sound and outdoor speakers. Also all decking is included. Also includes remaining lot rent for the rest of the season is included. It is 40 ft long with 3 slide outs, hall way leads to bedroom with bathroom off of hallway for privacy. It will sleep 4 comfortably with enough room for air bed on the floor.
