The exterior has a clean and shiny appearance. The seller said that as of June, 2020, the tires have been installed three years and have around 1000 miles on them. The interior appeared well-maintained. However, the vinyl on the sofa is peeling, as shown in the pictures. This is a common problem with RVs that have similar materials. Purchased in september 2016 due to flooded house. It's in like new condition and it's time to sell. It's atually been a a big surprise to me living in this camper for about 4 months. It is really well equipped and set up for plug and play for coax input for cable or wifi (need router), Cds to play music, DVDs and video, sound both in and out, outdoor cooking, large shower etc... Not to mention the 8 or so tv channels we got with the antenna. Who'd a thunk? Two large propane canisters for heat, hot water etc. For more info just google "Forest River Flagstaff 26RBSSA". Even though we were in it for four months the useage was low. It was mostly a place to sleep while our guest house was being refitted after the flood.The double slide out living room area was what makes is all worth it for me! The AC Kicks Azz! Good for sleeping.So I am not going to put a bunch of pics or video here. Google as above since that pretty much covers it. All the details are online about this camper. But note the outside kitchen opening to the left. I have seen some references showing a door there. IF I were in to camping and/or had the time right now I would keep this camper! But with the Main house and the shop to rebuild plus needing to get get this AND the C-Can out of my driveway it just needs to go. Come get a great camper at a great price and have some fun. My 5th Wheel is a practically brand new 2012 XLR Thunderbolt 395AMP toy hauler. It has 3 slides, living room slide has a slide topper, island kitchen with double under mount stainless sink, double refrigerator, gas stove and oven, microwave and 3 bar stools. The four vents on top have Fan-Tastic vent covers. The toyhauler has only carried elect golf cart (no gas), it has 2 queen bunks on electric tracks with memory foam mattresses and queen bunk with memory foam mattress in loft, separate surround sound for toy hauler. The master bed has also been upgraded to memory foam mattress. The entertainment system has surround sound with wide screen 42" TV. The rear ramp is equipped with party deck and has awning. It has outdoor TV and sound system and duel electric awnings. It has an 18 gal gas tank for the onboard 5.5 Onan generator. There is a 30 gal fuel cell with fuel pump (only non ethanol gas has ever been stored in these tanks). The coach has less than 5,000 miles and has been meticulously maintained. All 6 tires are brand new Goodyear Marathon (less than 500 miles).

2013 Forest River Cherokee Grey Wolf 28BH. The decor is tan and beige. We bought and use a cover ($230), but it's always been stored with damp rid, just in case, We added stabilization jacks and a leveler ($290). It has sway bars for towing and new custom memory foam mattresses for the bunks ($400). It'll come with all cables and hoses needed to hookup and dump. Mountings for the tvs are included ($200) and will leave the tvs for the right price. Will leave the bed linens, new rv shower curtain and anything else bought specifically for it.
