We have a 2012 Forest River RPod 182g in excellent condition. Everything works properly. This Rpod has a factory installed lift so the undercarriage has never been abused. Refrigerator, stove and microwave, television, radio, and DVD player,Air conditioning and furnace. This is the top of the line unit with 2 bunks with upgraded mattresses and an dinette that makes into a comfortable queen size bed. Plenty of storage and comes in barely tipping the scales at 2766 lbs. This is a breeze to tow with just about any vehicle. This unit does have trailer brakes. Fully inclosed shower with toilet. Also includes garage area, with numerous amenities to include water, outdoor shower, storage, huge sink and coolers with led lighting, television mount, and speakers. This unit is to include a new battery with like new tires and alloy wheels, cover and rdome which doubles your living space. 2012 RPod 182G - Excellent Condition! I wouldn't be selling this one if we didn't just buy a larger, permanent camping spot. I love this thing!!! This one has the outside bar/kitchen that is perfect for fish cleaning, built in cooler, or storage. Outside speakers, white and blue lighting, sink, storage racks (mostly used for bottled drinks), and TV hookup, both AC and battery operated connections all in the back. Also has a stand alone grill with folding legs that set perfectly beside the rear kitchen with quick connect gas hookups that run to the propane tank on the front. The inside has a set of bunk beds, and a dinette that make a queen bed. Sleeps 4. Includes a bathroom with shower and sink. Kitchen has a sink/cutting board top, with two gas burning stove tops. Microwave convection oven and a refrigerator. Has one flat screen TV that is mounted inside on a quick connect mount. Can be quickly taken to the back bar on mount there. Weighs 2,928lbs and has fresh water, black water, and grey water tanks. One ceiling mounted electric air conditioner and a gas furnace. Both work extremely well! Has a black water tank cleaning connection with internal blades to sanitize the tank. It also comes with a complete cover, and the additional R-Dome awning with screens. The R-Dome adds another 8ft or so of screened in or solid sided tent coverage to the side. We have put this up when it was raining and it adds a lot of extra dry square footage to the setup. Works great to sleep under with a blow up bed if needed. We have kept this at Lake Cumberland in year round storage and pulled it out on the weekends to camp out of. We have taken it to Keeneland once for the Derby and never made it to any football games for tailgating. Always wanted to. Its so easy to pull around and maneuver its great for about anywhere. I have yet to set this up for a weekend when someone didn't want to ask questions about it and see the inside. It is truly a fun camper to have. I set it up in the driveway of my house today in Florence if anyone wants to contact me to come see it.
