Like new popup. Only used a few times and garage stored. Bought less than 6 months ago. Added a 15k btu A/C at dealership when we bought it. Has port-a-potty and shower!
2011 M-246D camper in great condition. One of the few popups with a large 14 foot floor box and large U shaped dinette slide out. Small enough to tow great but is almost 26 feet when open with large beds and lots of storage. Stored with full cover and dehumidifier inside since new. Nice and bright inside with upgraded double LED lighting. 3 way fridge, 3 burner cook top, gas furnace. Was ordered with larger Coleman Mach 3 15k A/C unit that has a thermostat upgrade so interior fan cycles on and off with A/C demand. Outside sink and shower drains have been upgraded to a 11 gallon under camper gray water tank. 3 addition outside lights with interior switches. 6 gallon gas hot water heater. Power top lift. Trailer has electric brakes and new tires a little over a year ago. 13 foot bag awning with center support. A nice well cared for camper with some great upgrades.
