This 2015 Fleetwood Searcher is a very nice Class C vehicle that offers many amenities and comfort to all passengers.
Although there was previously a minor leak in the bathroom, this issue has been repaired. Previous water damage is still visible.
Did not notice any soft spots in the floor.
The seal of the fridge needs a little attention to the mildew which should be easily cleaned.
Notice a small bit of damage on the passenger rear of the unit exterior which causes no issue to its functionality.
Also, the right rear tire had a small crack in the side wall.
Although the left front tire has been replace December 2023, the rest of the tires show some wear and probably need to be replaced.
Both of the ceiling vents have been replaced around September 2023.
After the owners had the unit at a local consignment shop, there was evidence of a couple of nicks in the paint of the rear bumper, and some adhesion residue is evident on the rear outside wall, which should be easily buffed out.
