Arguably the best year/model Pop-up ever made. Excellent Condition, Well maintained. Everything functions 100%. UPGRADES (over $3k spent over the last 2 years) Standard 3500lb Dexter axle with 10" brakes replaced with Dexter 5200 lb axle with 12" brakes, NeverLube and NeverAdjust hubs, 26" 6,000 lb leaf springs. The only real "weakness" the Niagara had from the factory was very limited weight capacity. This upgrade allows camping gear, food, coolers, etc. to be safely loaded and transported inside camper without worry. Upgraded brakes are drastic improvement over standard brakes. This was the way this camper should have come from the factory but did not. All 3 wheels (2 plus spare) were upgraded to 15X6" (superior 6 on 5.5" lug pattern) aluminum wheels with increased rating of 2,150 lbs ea. All 3 tires were upgraded to Maxxis M8008 ST205/75R15 with Load Rating D. Tires have less than 500 miles on them, spare is still brand new with sticker on it. Thule Load Bars were installed with TK1 Tracker & 430 foot pack to oe rails. Includes locks and keys. (2) Yakima removable Roof baskets with extensions (62"X39"X6.5" EA) installed including Yakima Basket locks and keys. Husky Brute Electric Trailer Jack (will include oe factory hand-crank jack as well) Custom removable/adjustable wire shelving system. Base support at countertop laminated to match (looks factory). Custom shelving at wheel well makes previously inconvenient storage area actual usable storage space. 2" (4lb) memory foam was added to one of the 2 king-sized bunks. Coleman Bunk-End Hideaway. Exterior "curtain" turns area under extended bed usable/protected space. All tail lights, marker lights, and roof latches were PROPERLY replaced with OE replacements. Camper comes with optional Care-Free Colorado awning, OE modular fan/light, removable hanging storage. Recently re-laminated table with matching laminate. I have remaining laminate roll and will include with sale if buyer wants. ALSO INCLUDED Complete Reese SC Weight Distribution System with sway control, HD ball, and storage bag. ($570 new) Thetford Smart Tote2 LX - 4-wheel , 35 gal. portable waste tank. (paid $255). Fits perfectly in Yakima roof rack, great for extended camping. Pull by hitch to dump station. Lynx Levelers - Stackable leveling blocks in convenient case. I'm also including 25' (I believe) of potable water hose, a BNIB cover for (2) 40lb propane tanks as I had intended on upgrading from 20lb tanks to 40lb but never got to it. (2) 20lb propane tanks and new 20lb cover (purchased online yesterday). Good Marine Deep Cycle battery An entire box of miscellaneous parts, oem parts that were replaced, etc. all camper related.
