2005 Fleetwood Niagara , I want to start by sharing two things with you: 1) This is a truly awesome camper that I will really miss, and 2) You will never deal with anyone more honest than me. This is the perfect camper for small families. I started camping in this camper with my son, and we got so hooked I just bought a new 36 camper really cant use both of them! The Fleetwood Niagara is one of the biggest pop-ups you can buy. It has a full height kitchen due to the extra height of the pop-up camper when closed down so, you dont need to hassle with lifting half your cabinet off the floor! Truly it has everything you need from functional perspective. I will give a quick overview, but Im sure I will forget things: 1) 2 KING beds (one on each end), and one bed that results from converting the kitchenette area. We never used the kitchenette bed, so honestly I dont know the exact dimensions, but you can see it in the pictures. 2) LOTS of appliances: 3 burner gas stove; gas oven; KILLER A/C (can freeze you if you dont set it to medium!); microwave; hot water heater (6 gallon I think); heater (never been used); outdoor gas grill that attaches to the camper and just plugs in to the camper for propane; integrated AM/FM/CD; cable TV jacks inside and out; etc. 3) Full bath with shower and cassette toilet (you can see this in the pictures as well). Toilet is REALLY easy to use and dump just slide out, swivel the valve / pipe, and pour. 4) Outdoor shower (which is great at the beach) 5) 2 Propane tanks for all the gas appliances (including the grill) 6) I will also include a large gray water tank (shown in pictures) and all the hoses / connectors for you to use it for all water from sink / shower. 7) There are also 2 light / fan units that can be clipped on anywhere around the camper for extra air flow and light. 8) Outside door has integrated screen / window option. 9) I will include an almost brand new anti-sway bar for towing CONDITION: You will be able to see from the pictures that I take VERY good care of all vehicles I own (and I own a lot of them!). Everything in the camper works all appliances, all features and functions, etc. If anything broke from use, it got replaced. Here are two things you need to know: 1) There is a small crack on a tiny cap on the cassette toilet (clean water) that will cost $2 to replace. I used duct tape while on the trip - leaks a tablespoon a day of clean water. 2) One side of slide-out has some corrosion brought it into the shop and the guy said Dont bother fixing this it wont get any worse quickly. He recommended tape and thats what Ive done replace it every few years. Can even use a nice white duct tape. See the pictures. Thats all there is that you should know. This camper is truly awesome. Theres no gimmicks or tricks here. $6,800.
