According to the seller, everything works as intended. It shows very little wear inside, and the outside shows some wear on the decals and a few dings here and there. The Chassis is 2011, but the Tioga RV was built in 2012. That was the first year they made Montara 25K Stock #423018 This motorhome is fully loaded, you only need to bring your toothbrush and a bathin suit! Check this out! This 2012 Fleetwood Tioga Montara 25K recently completed a year-long tour around the US and Canada! The time has come to pass this wonderful RV onto another adventurous couple or family. And everything you could possibly need to make your own trip around the US is included - just bring your bathing suit and toothbrush! Please inquire what is included and we will send you a list! Lots of good stuff. This rig has the following features: a Ford 2011 chassis with a Ford Triton V10 engine with approximately 987600 miles. There is one slide-out that extends the booth dining area, which seats four (with seat belts) and can be converted into an additional bed. Storage cabinets are above and below the dinette/sleeper. The main queen-sized bed has a very comfortable memory foam mattress, and there is also a full bunk above the cab, for a total of 6 sleeping areas. There are storage closets above the main bed, together with a hanging closet, and two drawers beneath. The kitchen features a 3-burner gas stove, an RV oven, and a microwave oven above. There is also an RV-size fridge with a freezer and numerous storage cabinets and drawers. The bathroom has an RV flush toilet next to a shower with a curtain. Outside the bathroom is the wash basin with a mirrored medicine cabinet above and more storage below. The previous owners painted the interior green and white to enhance the RV's overall lightness. The minor scuffs and scratches that have built up over time have recently been touched up. The previous owners also had extensive sealing done all over the RV roof, and consequently, there were no leaks. They also replaced the canvas on both sides: the slide topper awning and patio awning. Both are in very good condition. The air conditioning unit is just over a year old, replaced just before the current owners bought the RV.
