Clean, good condition observed upholstery seats; not torn. Newer exterior TV Newer electric large refrigerator with ice maker. Very clean, and no odors were observed during the visit. The seller reports the awning is in good condition; no tears were observed. Stock #358083 2018 Fleetwood Flair LXE 31B with two slide-outs and bunks! This 2018 Flair LXE is less than 33' long, but the layout gives an interior feeling that makes it even larger. The interior layout is very comfortable, with the sofa and swiveling pilot and co-pilot seats to create a great room environment for entertaining family or friends. The kitchen is open yet out of the way from the main living area. The bunks have their own monitor screen with DVD players to keep the kids entertained. A large overhead drop-down bed above the front seats. The master bedroom has a walk-around bed with plenty of storage and closet space. The bathroom is large for dressing and a full shower without any restrictions. Reason for selling is no longer used.

2000 Fleetwood Flair 33' Class A Motorhome, model 32V. Ford Triton V10 engine, on a Ford Chassis. Only 55,000 miles. Big slide out in living room (sofa/dinette booth), and the rear bedroom (wardrobe). This was one of the best gas models that Fleetwood RV sold in the Flair lineup in 2000, and everything is of the highest quality. Fully self contained and sleeps 6 in total. Runs great, and looks great. See the youtube video tour. In the cockpit, at the driver's seat: tilt steering, cruise control, power mirrors, heated mirrors, dash A/C, back-up camera, levelling jacks, etc. Entertainment systems include an AM/FM/CD stereo, 30" LCD TV in the living room, and TV antenna, etc. Both front seats swivel around to face living room. Big slide out in the living room (sofa/dinette booth). Living room has a sleeper sofa, recliner, and a dinette booth. Coach sleeps 6 in total. In the kitchen: 2 door fridge, 3 burner stove, coven, microwave, and hot water tank. Bathroom area is next, with a private area for the shower and vanity, across the hall in a private room is the toilet.
