The seller states that everything is in good working order - many of the features of this camper have never been used - TV, exterior gas grill, exterior refrigerator - still have the original wrapping on them. The unit comes with everything shown in the photos.

There is a small chip on the front cap - shown in photos.
There is also a cracked channel cover on the left hand side of the front of the unit - Seller is checking to see if this can be replaced - if so, he will get that done.

The layout of this trailer has everything you need for your next adventure - a queen bed, dinette sleeper, one full bathroom, a kitchen, and bunk beds. It has a sleeping capacity for up to eight people! There is a roof-mounted AC unit (15,000 BTUs) to ensure you and your guests stay cool in even the hottest conditions.
The master area is a great space for comfort - featuring a queen murphy bed with a thermarest pad for a super comfortable nights sleep and when the bed is up you have a jack-knife sofa sleeper, with plenty of storage - shelf space above the bed and closet on both sides of the bed. The window in the master suite draws in natural light and is your emergency exit if necessary - use the privacy drapes when needed.
The galley has a solid-surface countertop equipped with a three-burner stovetop with glass cooktop cover, microwave, a farm-style kitchen sink with cover and a two door freezer/refrigerator. The fridge is perfect for grabbing a drink on the go or for entertaining. There is plenty of storage space in the kitchen - cabinets overhead and below and a pantry opposite the dinette. The dinette can be used for family meals or game nights and converted into another sleeping area when needed. Tucked right behind the dinette area are two bunk beds - giving you more sleeping options for your family! The lower bunk has a hinged cover for the storage space below it.
To the right of the bunks is the full bathroom equipped with a shower, a skylight overhead, a bathroom sink & medicine cabinet, and the toilet. The skylight in the bathroom draws in natural light and makes the space feel larger.
Outside, the powered awning with LED light strip illuminates your patio long into the night and makes this RV great for entertaining at your next tailgating party. The exterior kitchen - with new capital gas grill (never been used) and the refrigerator (also never been used) provide a great area for outdoor fun! All the travel trailer systems are clearly marked and easily accessible - there is a large full-width storage compartment at the front of the trailer with easy access to it on both sides of the travel trailer. Items of note: exterior grill and refrigerator, black tank flush - city water connection - 6 gallon water heater - pantry - inside/outside speakers - 15,000 BTU AC unit, 16,000 BTU furnace, 4 electric stabilizer jacks (one on each corner), nitro-filled tires, a power tongue jack, and a weight distribution system too! Seller is including all the items you need to go camping on day one - hoses, cords, etc.
