We just took on 2 hour test drive and it drives great near perfect strong and powerful yet smooth thru the Allison 6 speed transmission, a pleasure to drive, this is a true Florida one owner diesel pusher, bought on 1/13/2006 and just repoed on 7/8/15, beware of lots of sellers trying to trick you they buy rusted northern rvs in New York, Michigan etc. and drive to Florida, Texas and Arizona and retitle them and try to trick you to believe they are southern beauties, do a Carfax or ask for a copy of title and when last titled in Florida dont be fooled, this is a true Florida title and last titled new in Florida true Florida RV. Besides the tow bar there is a special bracket inside the jeep where a hydraulic shaft attaches to the brake pedal. Every time the brakes are pressed in the RV a signal is sent to the Jeep and he Jeep automatically brakes on its own, and it is calibrated to use the same braking resistance as the RV. Over $5K was invested in the towing system alone. The only known defects on the RV is a problem that all Alfa coaches of this age seem to share. There is a nonstructural cosmetic defect in the gel coat on the exterior that seems to be concentrated near the seems. This Alfa defect causes small BB sized pits to peel out in the gelcoat, but they are only a cosmetic blemish. I will include a picture of this. The NADA value of the RV is over $80K (and this doesnt include the thousands of dollars in new and custom upgrades), and the KBB value of the Jeep is over $12K, plus over $5K in the specialized towing system. This setup has everything you need for enjoying the freedom of road with a great towing vehicle, at a fraction of the cost that you would pay to piece these vehicles together on your own. The only reason these are getting sold is due that we are not able to sufficiently use them due to illness. We are willing to part with the whole setup for $65,000. Price is firm.
