The sellers purchased this unit in November 2022 with 45,840 miles logged (proven on record) and have since barely added any mileage to it. The mileage is now logged at 46,178, as demonstrated on the dash photo. The sellers have also updated multiple features on the interior of the unit. They've installed newer flooring, repainted it, added a newer table dinette (replacing the old booth dinette), and added two newer recliners (replacing the old jackknife sofa). The tires are newer, with a date code of 4219. There are age-appropriate small dents in the exterior storage compartments and a small crack in the rear passenger side panel. The owner reports that the engine and running gear have been routinely maintained to keep the vehicle in proper driving condition. One of the two awnings is new. The two televisions work correctly. All appliances and furnishings appear undamaged and very lightly used. This owner has not used the cooking grill. The set of Michelins has less than 5,000 miles since it was new.
