The interior and exterior of this 2015 Cedar Creek 38K--Touring Edition--appear to be in great cosmetic condition. I did not observe unusual wear on the RV's underside or detect signs of stains, odors, or leaks within the interior. The owner confirms that all features and included accessories work as they should. Stock #268284 Great Condition w/ Dual A/C Units, Auto Levelers, Full Size Residential Fridge, & Much More! Large Kitchen Island w/ Double Sinks! Sleeps up to 4! This 2015 Cedar Creek 38K Touring Edition! *Although some items have been replaced due to normal wear and tear, please see list of Optional Equipment Installed by Manufacturer in the photos section. The Touring Edition includes full-body paint, Pearl Edition Exterior Package, an automatic six-point level-up stabilization system with remote, and a La-Z-Boy sofa bed! Included with this listing is a washer and dryer in the washer-dryer compartment! The kitchen is both spacious and efficiently laid out.
