I am selling my 2011 Flagstaff Classic Model 8526 RLWS with Polar Package. The underbelly is fully insulated and heated. The holding tanks are also heated. Switches on the control panel turn those on when needed. This is a $3,000 package. The RV is 29 feet 10 inches long with rear living room with fireplace and 3 slide outs with slide toppers on all slides. Power Awning. We are selling the RV to buy a house in Ocean Lakes. We have spent over $2,000 on equipment and supplies for the RV. Everything that's in it stays. You are ready to go camping as soon as you pick it up. All chemicals, hoses, cords, chairs, rugs, vacuum cleaner, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, pillows, linens and much more. It has a 48" LCD TV in the living room with 7 speaker surround sound and subwoofer, 32" LCD TV outside entertainment center and 19" LCD TV in the bedroom. This RV has cherry wood cabinets and brown earth natural tones, not that typical country green or light blues that you see in a lot of campers. This RV has a more "home feel". We have used this RV a total of 10 times in the past 2 years. It is in excellent condition. NEVER SMOKED IN. It has electric leveling system in the front, rear electric jacks in the rear. Brand new Marine Deep Cell Battery installed today. This RV has tons of room and storage. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Queen in the master bedroom, queen in the rear with a double bed on the dinette. Large shower and bathroom. Day and night shades. Electric awning. Ducted air. Ceiling fan and fireplace. The average private party book value on this RV is over $30k (See NADA value sheet). Trade in or Low Retail value according to NADA is $25,460. I have priced it for immediate sell for $24,500. That's $1,000 UNDER Trade-In Value with all the accessories included. Not only are you getting a great price, but everything that's in it goes with it. Propane tanks just filled as well. As mentioned above, the auxiliary battery seemed weak last weekend so I replaced it today with a brand new, deep cell marine battery. Good for 5 years. Total weight is 6,773 lbs. Can be towed with 1/2 ton truck with ease. You hardly even know it's behind you. If you have any question, please give me a call at 336-671-2665. I live in Advance, NC which is just outside of Winston-Salem or about an our north of Charlotte.
