A true four season luxury fifth wheel with three slide outs is ready for the seasonal traveler or full timer. The 3.25 inch side walls are rated R-16, roof R-25, and floor R-29. The numbers also apply to the slide outs unlike some brands. The interior design includes a kitchen island with overhead island lighting, Corian counter tops including range cover, convection/microwave oven, buffet cabinet with pull out table, large lighted pantry, Fanatastic rain sensor fan downstairs and Fanatastic fan in bath/bedroom area. full extension roller bearing drawer guides. Flooring is carpet and residential custom floor tile. The bedroom has large dresser plus a walk in closet with a separate dresser, shoe storage shelves, storage above and below the bed, day/night shades. Also pre-wired for a bedroom TV. Living room has a electric fireplace with heater, home theater with a power retractable TV, two leather loungers and love seat, two end tables, ceiling fan. A central vacuum is also included. There is abundant decor lighting through out the trailer. Engineering: 15 inch steel box tube chassis for extra strength, hydraulic leveling system, Kodiak disc brakes, aluminum wheels, 8000 lb axles, Michelin J-rated tires, Trail Air air ride suspension and king pin for a smoother ride, dual pane windows, power management system, backup and side cameras includes IR for night use, cable. Pre-wired for solar, satellite and plumbed for washer/dryer. Two ducted residential style air conditioners with zonal temperature controls. A 12 gallon DSI water heater, 100 gallon fresh tank, 75 gallon gray, and 50 gallon black tanks with separate heaters on all tanks. The gas furnance is a 40000 BTU. There are two 40lb propane tanks. The basement is the largest I have seen with ample storage for almost anything you want to carry. I have had six bicycles along with my usual tool box, Honda generator, and other normal trailing items in the basement. The basement has speaker jacks, 110v, 12 volt and TV hookup.
