This camper has always been kept in the garage, as shown in the photos. Per the seller, all systems functioned as they should the last time they used it.
The slides and awning cannot be fully extended due to the confined space in the garage. The slides functioned as they should and the seals appear to be in good condition with no cracking or tears.
The awning has a few tears per the seller, and you can see what looks like repairs.
The batteries have a date stamp from 2018.
The roof looks to be in good condition. It is dusty from being stored in the open garage.
The generator has 45 hours, and the seller recently started it, and it seemed to run as it should.

Great truck camper with two slides, 11,000 BTU air conditioning, solar, sleeps seven, always stored under roof, ready for new adventures!
Lance is known for making great truck campers and this one is no exception. This is about as large as they come and requires a heavy-duty truck with dual rear axles. An extra heavy-duty suspension is needed for this 4,000 lb unit, but it has anything and everything you might need for extended boondocking.
As you walk in, you notice plenty of space with the rear slide and sofa, the side slide and dinette, and a kitchen where you have space for cooking and prep.
The bathroom has space to move and a separate shower with a small basin. The queen-sized bed with a wardrobe is a bonus.
Bring the kids, grandkids, or fellow hunters. It sleeps seven people with the jack knife sofa, dinette sleeper, and single drop-down bunk.
It has a propane generator to power the 11,000 BTU Coleman Mach air conditioner. If you don't need the AC, the 95-watt solar panel keeps the coach batteries topped off to run Fantastic Vent, a 12-volt TV, and a three-way fridge.
Used Lance campers are hard to find, and few are ready to go like this one.
Reason for selling is not using.
