In great condition. We are listing this for a friend who is the 2nd owner of this camper. He purchased it at an estate auction and was told that the original owner used it maybe once or twice. The current owner has only camped in it twice, so this camper has barely been used. There is a photo of my hand pointing to where water came in a window that was not locked during a rain storm. The wall is wavy in that spot, no other damage to the camper. It comes with everything you see in the photos including tanks, sewer line, crank handles, a new battery that was put in last year. Please observe photos using the zoom feature for best detail of the condition and for further information- there is a photo showing all the weights.
