This beautiful Tour by Winnebago has been kept indoors when not in use in an AC/heated building. All of the equipment is checked weekly to make sure everything works properly. Also, the coach is jacked up and leveled to keep tires from having too much pressure on them while indoors for storage. All of the switches and levers worked properly. The slides and awning worked flawlessly. No leaks. This RV is one of the nicest ones I've seen, especially since it is nine years old and only has 30K miles on it!
