The first thing you will notice upon entering is how clean it smells. The front end was just repainted, new flooring has been added, and the original mattress was replaced with memory foam. The seller removed the original shower curtain and replaced it with an improved shower screen. The taping seen at the skylight is due to the seller not knowing how to put the wooden plate, which is pictured in the photos and can be easily put on.
