The second owner of this coach has taken very good care of this RV where the only exterior flaw found was a small dent on the entry side rear bumper, likely earned from a fellow shopper at a service station or grocery parking lot. The Minnie Winne is very clean and well taken care of. Always stored inside or covered with a full coach canvas Front tires were replaced with Hankook Radials before the sale to the current owner in 2022. Four rear axle Michelin are original with good tread. The roof is in very good condition. All batteries are approximately one year old. No signs of age in the exterior paint.
