The seller states the RV is in great condition, except for the back bumper on the passenger side. This is shown in pictures and is cosmetic damage only. The seller states all electronics and mechanics work as intended. NEW stove & oven! There has been a German Shepherd in the RV but it has been deep cleaned. There is no hair or any evidence of a pet being inside. The previous owner was a smoker. The seller says it has been cleaned and does not have a smoke smell. The current owner has not smoked in it. The 2020 Winnebago Minnie Plus has been well cared for inside and out. The owner has enjoyed the travel trailer but no longer needs it. All systems work per owner. It has updated batteries as of 3/24. Stock #390371 2020 Winnebago Minnie Plus 27RLTS with three slide-outs! The 2019 Minnie Plus 27RLTS (by Winnebago) is a great compact lightweight Travel Trailer for weekend getaways or ready for full-time living. The 27RLTS concentrates on features that make it feel like home. There is a beautiful entertainment center with a TV and fireplace that is easy to view from the dinette, and the couch acts as a double recliner, which sleeps two. The kitchen is well equipped, including a stove/oven combo, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and an island with a stainless steel double sink and plenty of storage space.
