According to the seller, all mechanical and operational systems function as intended All interior finishes, soft goods, and upholstery are in good condition with the exception of a worn area on the right arm of the passenger seat and the upper back of the recliner (see pictures). Also, the bathroom fan is not functioning. No unusual or unexpected odors were noted. The beautiful wood cabinets and trim accentuate the light-colored upholstery and floor. The first thing you notice when you enter this motorhome is the ease of getting in and out without climbing over a seat or through a tight space. The driver's and passenger's seats are electrically powered with several position adjustments. The passenger's seat has a computer tray table conveniently mounted to the side and also has an AC outlet with USB ports on the wall next to it. The driver has everything he/she needs within arms reach. The rear and side cameras monitor is conveniently located as is the auto generator start, the electric windshield nightshade, the automatic leveling jacks, and the exhaust brake switch! Behind the driver's seat is the 48" Smart TV, and electric fireplace. Next to the fireplace is the comfortable swivel recliner, and directly across is the sleeper sofa. All of the windows have a pull-down screen to reduce the sun's glare and full shade when needed. The dinette table is a beautiful wood, and it will lower to provide another sleeping area. Your kitchen will remind you of home with the double stainless steel sink, beautiful backsplash, plenty of preparation space, and a microwave convection oven. It comes with a propane three-burner stove and a full-sized refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker. Going toward the bedroom on the left, you will find the bathroom with a porcelain toilet and a shower, and across from the bathroom is your full-size washer and dryer. In the bedroom, you have the Queen Ideal Rest Nouveau digital comfort control mattress that is fully adjustable. Each side of the bed has its own controller. The bedroom features a 42" Smart TV. Going outside, there is lots of space in the basement compartments. All of the compartments are heated to provide year-round use. Also outside is the third smart TV. It's a 32-inch.!
