The seller has recently overhauled this particular Chieftain 35U in anticipation of new travels. Those plans are on hold, making this ready-to-go coach available for sale.
The Chieftain 35U has unique features only found on select Winnebago-manufactured coaches. First and foremost is the seamless fiberglass flat roof. There are no big bulges of AC units on the roof because this coach is cooled by a residential-style central AC unit housed in the rear. These units are more durable than the roof ACs, are easier to service, and it reduces the number of possible entry points for moisture into the roof area of the coach.
This model also features slide-mounted storage boxes on the curbside, so no crawling under the slide and banging your head to get your goods out of storage. There is also a driver's door, making ingress and egress for the driver quick and easy at every stop.
The seller created a vinyl cling and applied to the coach to replace the 20+-year-old decals with more modern styling.
