According to the seller, this unit is in good condition, only needing a few repairs, including the left rear hydraulic jack (for leveling the house when camping) needs to be serviced or replaced (the seller was told "it's bent"). He was quoted $733 plus freight for a brand new one, but maybe it can be serviced, or a used one can be found.
Needs new exterior side marker lights, and the generator needs to be reinstalled following a repair.
