1993 Winnebago Warrior Class A 22' fully contained RV, chevy v8 454 engine, 89,500 miles, just passed a smog check, 3 new batteries just installed this month, new hitch and wiring also just installed, tires in great condition, generator is an Onan 4000-still has functioning hour meter and dash mounted remote starter, awnings work, roof mounted ac works well, propane heating system and stove top, microwave oven, shower and toilet, refrigerator that runs on propane or 110 volts and gets ice cold, sleeps 5, nothing leaks, interior is clean and smell free, everything seems to be in good working condition except for what is noted below. bought RV in February 2015 as temporary place to stay while I sold my house and relocated to Sacramento from the Los Angeles area. had it parked in yard and only used it for sleeping. RV was plugged into 110v power which I used to run the refrigerator, microwave, computer and AC unit. I have never hooked up a water line so I never have used the shower, sink or toilet, but all pumps and everything turn on and seem to all function properly. stove top has been tested and works well, haven't ever turned on the heating system as I just plugged in a 110 v room heater so I wouldn't have to fill the propane tank. This RV is a very hard to find size, being only 22' it fits perfect in my small drive way and is easy to drive and maneuver in traffic. I just used the RV to tow a vehicle from Los Angeles to Sacramento, and it ran great, had no problems what so ever, drive was smooth and engine felt strong, brakes worked well, shocks felt good and radio/cd unit worked fine. The following is a list of problems that exist(pictures are provided).1.AC/heating unit on dash wont turn on -was told by person I bought it from it was a minor repair, but I have never had it looked at2.some minor body damage-all cosmetic.3.handle on refrigerator door broken-but it seals well and can still be open and closed easily.4.Generator is finicky sometimes it wont start, it cranks but wont start-probably a tune up needed (it worked last week but as of this writing I cannot get it to start)5.cigarette lighter has no power vehicle is located in Arden Arcade in Sacramento county and is your Responsibility to have it picked up within 7 days of auctions closing. owners manual with full specs can be downloaded from Winnebago's website. vehicle sold as is with no warranty implied and no refunds offered, so please ask as many questions as needed before placing bid.
