Very low miles and very clean. This has a bath and a half, very convenient for when you have the kids or grandkids staying with you. This unit has heat pump upgrades as well as many other upgrades. It has 10003 miles on it and the generator has less than 28 hours of run time. This coach was completely inspected and serviced in the last 2 months. It has all new batteries, coach and chassis.Need to build a house, so the coach needs to go to someone who can enjoy it.
Like new - only 16k miles. We bought it last November, only had 1 owner and rarely ever used. We've used it less than 5 times. Plastic is still on dinette carpet to give you idea. It really looks and smells new. It is 35ft long, with 2 slides. The entire living area and dinette slides out, as well as the master bedroom. Queen bed and full bath with large shower and glass doors in master suite. Also has Leather sectional sofa with pull out bed, dinette that converts to bed, and extra 1/2 bath in main living area. It runs off 50 amp electric. Also can be ran off propane gas, has a generator and an inverter. With gas + generator you can "dry camp/boondock" (live in it without hookups) for 2-3 weeks. It has water holding tanks for when you aren't near water hookup. Plug in and go at campgrounds. No set-up required. Hydraulic Self-leveling automatic Jack system. Huge electric awning. Outdoor shower plus outdoor entertainment center - large flat screen TV plus cd/dvd player. Blue-ray player also included. Stereo/cd's can be played throughout coach sound system. Great for tailgating - or watch the game outside on Saturday while camping. Tires like new due to low miles. We also purchased tire protection plan which would transfer. Custom slipcovers made for dinette cushions, removable. And Smart Tiles installed in master bath & kitchen. Neutral interior. Great storage under RV. Plus tons of indoor storage. Cabinets galore - and his & hers closets in Master. 3 TV's total - Living room, Master Bedroom, Outdoor TV. Extended warranty purchased as well as tire protection plan - both transferable to new owner.
