Spacious 3-slideout bunk house model with 1-1/2 baths. It has one of the larger showers in th RV industry. There are two TVs inside, a 48" TV in the main living area, and one 28" TV in the back bedroom. The main living area TV is connected to an onboard DVD player in the entertainment player of front area. Unit is prepped for Satellite connection(s) and has a factory installed King over the air antenna. Slide outs include awning covers. 18 gallon LP tank that serves the LP/electric water heater, 4-door LP/electric refrigerator, range, oven, and 40k BTU furnace. Tires in great condition, Michelin brand. The complete warranty by Ford is for for 3 years, 36k miles whichever comes first. The Ford powertrain warranty is for 5 years, 60k miles which ever comes first. Inception of warranty began in October of 2014. Ford's powertrain warranty includes 24/7 roadside assistance. This unit has a transferable coach warranty (Cornerstone, $100.00 deductible) which expires in October of 2021. The onboard Onan generator is a fantastic accessory to the RV when boondocking or shore power is absent. The generator is exercised and maintained regularly, it has approx. ~215 hours. Included with the purchase of this motorhome are additional accessories accumulated while in our possession. Queen size memory foam mattress topper for rear bed, 15' fresh water hose (white), 20' non-potable water hose, three water pressure regulators (45 psi), several sewer hoses at varying lengths with appropriate male/female end connectors, clear view hose connector at each wet bay, two 15' slunky hose supports, long handle wash wand, insect screens for furnace vents, exterior step stabilizer, four tire/wheel covers, two MaxAir Vent covers installed, one set of plastic leveling blocks with carrying case, 8" drop ball mount hitch, 7 pin to 4 pin connector plug, 25' roll of coax cable, and electrical cord connector for 30A and 20A service sizes.
