ok here is the deal... This coach has been fully tested and all RV appliances up working propertly except for the basement air. it works but it doesnt blow cold. The propane and electrical systems are all working as they should. its got all new batteries. generator is running right now and purring like a kitten..... The unit runs and drives as it should. it does need exhaust work which shouldnt be a big deal and the radiator leaks. you could drive it but it leaks about a gallon of antifreeze over a weeks period of time. There are no check engine lites. the tires are perfect and do not need to be replaced. air system is good, it drives nice........ The bottom line on this coach is 55000. The interior is fair shape. the coach has very low miles the previous owner used it for dry camping and ran the generator a lot 9000 hours. furniture is good. there are a few minor spots of delam but nothing major. a little TLC and this could be an awesome 400HP deisel coach with very low miles. Please no more 30,000 dollar offers. its a waiste of time. the coach is well worth the money. 55,000 come and get it ill show you everything working.
