This "penthouse on wheels" is in pristine condition and has been fully maintained in a garage. The interior is in soft colors of sand, cream and gray. The cabinetry is cherrywood. With the 3 slides extended it is quite spacious and has all of the bells and whistles: 1 1/2 baths, washer/dryer, Maytag refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, built in Dirt Devil vacuum, a comfy L shaped sofa and an arm chair with ottoman. A coffee table is added for home-like atmosphere. There are 2 interior TVs with surround sound stereo and an outside entertainment center. For warming up chilly evenings there is an electric fireplace. Technical features include a 450 HP Cummins diesel pusher with a 6 speed Allison transmission. There is also a 10 KW diesel generator and aqua hot water system in addition to others too numerous to mention. Unfortunately, we cannot include our precious dog Beau with the sale.
