We are selling our 35' 2008 Winnebago Sightseer 35J with bunk beds. We are the second owners and have owned it for 3 years and have gotten to see most of the country in it. We are only selling it because we are looking at purchasing a sailboat in the next year. This is a well maintained RV and has given us little to no problems. This is one awesome RV with tons of upgrades and it is perfect to travel the country in or just to take long weekend trips with the whole family! Sleeps 8 comfortably, full kitchen, very comfortable to drive and fully set up for off the grid camping with solar panels, inverter, etc. There are only 2 minor things that need to be done to make the RV 100%. The left windshield just got a crack in it while driving back from MT, also the patio awning delaminated in a couple of spots before we left. The spots have been temporarily repaired, but a permanent repair needs to be done. I.E. -- The awning needs to be replaced, can be done at a cost of $350. Also, if the new owner is not familiar with owning an RV, I will spend 8+ hours training you in all of the systems. Below are all of the upgrades/maintenance/etc. that we have done in the last 3 years. We replaced all of the tires last summer and they have only 8K on them (brand new spare too). The engine has 76K on it and it runs beautifully. The oil changes have always been done at 3K-4K miles with Mobil 1 fully synthetic oil. The transmission was just flushed and filled at 70K and is running strong and shifts beautifully. This has a beautifully running powerplant and you can confirm that once you drive it. The generator runs nicely and we have never had a problem with starting it up. The oil changes have also always been done at 120 hour intervals with Mobil 1 fully synthetic oil. I also just replaced the spark plugs, air filter, and fuel filter. Here are just a few upgrades done by us: 3 level filtration system for drinking water from the new drinking water spout. 1500 watt inverter with 2 dedicated outlets installed inside coach and a power strip in the outside compartment. 4 - 15 Watt Solar panels Wilson Electronics 3G Cell Signal Booster Autonet Router, internet hotspot Interior lights have been upgraded to LED bulbs. The master bed has a sleep number bed and the platform has been adjusted to a queen size and an additional storage compartment has been made under the bed The additional chair that was located behind the passenger seat was removed but is currently installed (you will see in the pictures that we took that it was missing except for the new one that we just took with it installed. Firestone (5K lb lift capacity) "Ride-Rite" Air Bag Helper Springs [REAR] -- installed to improve stability, handling, and leveling while driving. 5,000lb lightweight Blue-Ox tow Bar with lock and safety cables $57,999.00 2032963176
