Hello. I am selling my 2006 Sightseer 34A. I bought it from Arlington RV in East Greenwich, RI in 2013 with less than 12,000. It currently has 19,587 miles. It is in great condition. I am selling primarily because I am moving. Also, my kids are now teenagers and have lost interest in RV'ing. So, it needs to go. This coach has the Chevy workhorse chassis with grade brakes and Allison transmission. With 3 slides, there is an amazing amount of space when you open it up. I am done with RV'ing, so I am including all my accessories that will allow you to hit the road day one like heavy-duty sewer hose, heavy-duty gauge power extension cord, fresh water hoses, dishes, black tank cleaner and much more. I haven't made any modifications to it. It is basically stock. Before my last trip to Maine in August, I had it inspected and a thorough bumper-to-bumper check. It is in excellent mechanical condition with normal wear of the paint on the storage compartment doors due to age. The only thing it needs right now is a backup camera. A new wireless is approximately $500. The existing monitor or camera could be replaced for less. Next year, it will need a new set of rear tires based on age and not wear. Tire prices range depending on the type. Installed the price could range from $1100 to $1700. I've priced the RV accordingly. The NADA low retail is $54,745. This is an excellent value. I also have a 1999 Jeep Wrangler 4-cylinder toad vehicle available. There is a braking system and Blue Ox towbar and baseplate. 2006 Winnebago Sightseer 34A, Hello. I am selling my 2006 Sightseer 34A. I bought it from Arlington RV in 2013 with less than 12,000. It currently has only 18,800 miles. It is in great condition. I'm selling because my kids are less interested in RV'ing. Also, I'm looking at property in FL. If I could have both, I'd keep it. Unfortunately, I'm too practical for that. :) It has the Chevy workhorse chassis with grade brakes and Allison transmission. I had the chance to drive the Ford chassis before I bought it. This was better in my opinion. I love this model because there is so much room when you open it up. You can pay more than double the price for a brand new one and not get nearly this much room. I haven't made any modifications to it. It is basically stock. When I bought it from Arlington, I got a new windshield, new front tires and 2 new house batteries. Earlier this year, the 18' awing was replaced because I tore it on a tree branch. All maintenance is up to date. It is kept covered when not in use. On my last trip to Maine, the backup camera died. I will purchase a new one to replace it. If you have one in mind, let me know. I plan to winterize it soon and I'll do that with you if you're interested.
